Angelica Pulido-Ortiz

As a Human Resources Manager, Angelica brings over 12 years of experience to Canterbury Linen Services. Angelica is responsible for the leadership and strategic management of people, performance and culture initiatives. She oversees the organisational development, human resource, corporate communications (Internal and External) and staff facilities functions. Angelica is part of the leading team in a number of internal projects such as the “CLS Lean Program”, the client satisfaction survey management, digital marketing strategy and other business projects for continual improvement.

Originally from Colombia, Angelica has been in New Zealand for 15 years and is passionate about People and Businesses. She started her career in the financial sector having worked for a number of accounting firms and professional services organisations including BDO in New Zealand. With experience in business development, business advisory, client relationship management and human resources, Angelica brings an innovative approach to the organisation and supports a culture of respect and care to the diverse staff at CLS.

Angelica is fluent in three languages, which allows her to communicate with a range of different cultures. She also holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Canterbury. Outside of work Angelica loves waking up early every day and seeing the sunrise while working out at the gym. She also enjoys swimming, running, reading, dancing, travelling and socializing with family and friends.
