Ronald McDonald House South Island provides a free ‘home away from home’ for families who must leave their community and travel to Christchurch for their child’s hospital care.

Our doors are kept open through the generosity of people and organisations like Canterbury Linen Services, who provide laundry services along with all linen and towels for our 27-room House free of charge. Such support enables us to continue providing care and comfort to families, so they can focus on what really matters – their child.

We are extremely grateful to Canterbury Linen Services for helping to turn our House into a home.

We support our community and employ people across a range of abilities.
